Position Title: Content Creator
Contract: Part-time (3 or 4 days a week)
Start date: January 2026
Location: Virtual, remote role – meet 4 x per year, mostly in London, UK. Candidates must be based in the UK.
Reports To: Founder/Director and Marketing Manager
Work alongside: SEO, Content and PR team
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
At Monday Clicks, we’re a Content-First SEO agency that helps brands grow awareness, traffic, and revenue through smart SEO, content, and digital PR. We may be a small team, but we work with some of the biggest names in both B2B and B2C spaces - including Kingfisher, Musto, One4all, and Cyclescheme.
Now, we're looking for a creative Content Creator to help tell the Monday Clicks story, elevate our marketing, and build our brand presence across video, social media, podcasts, and design.
This is a hands-on creative role focused on Monday Clicks’ own marketing (not client delivery). You’ll be at the heart of how we show up online - creating content that brings our brand to life across multiple formats and platforms.
A big part of the role will be leading our video-first content strategy, with an eye on launching a YouTube channel in 2026. You’ll also manage how we repurpose this content across LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram, run our podcast content output, and support with graphic design assets for our website, social channels, and pitch decks.
It’s a role for someone who loves content creation, has an eye for design, and is excited to grow with a fast-moving, ambitious agency.
Video Content Creation – Film, edit, and produce engaging video content for Monday Clicks, with a focus on building towards a YouTube channel launch in 2026.
Social Media Management – Manage Monday Clicks’ LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram channels, repurposing video and podcast content effectively.
Podcast Production – Take ownership of our podcast content outputs (we use Riverside), including editing and elevating quality and consistency.
Graphic Design – Create design assets for use across websites, social channels, pitch decks, and other marketing materials.
Brand Marketing Support – Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure content aligns with our brand voice, style, and strategic goals.
Stay on top of content and social trends to keep our output fresh, creative, and relevant.
Hands-on experience creating and editing video content (for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or similar).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.
Experience with podcast production and editing (Riverside or similar tools a bonus).
Confident with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent).
A creative self-starter who’s comfortable managing multiple content streams.
Strong storytelling ability and eye for design.
Excited about being part of a growing agency and helping shape how we market ourselves.
3 or 4 days a week (22.5 - 30 hours per week)
Flexi-time between 8am–8pm, focused on great client service and teamwork
Remote first – with 4 x team meet-ups per year in the South (e.g. London, Brighton)
Occasional travel for conferences, training, and client meetings
Strong WiFi and “camera-on” etiquette for virtual meetings (support can be provided)
