We never input sensitive or private client data into AI platforms and strictly adhere to GDPR at all times.
How We Use AI
Content Creation
Research & Ideation
We use tools like ChatGPT to help us brainstorm ideas and explore topics, just like we might chat with a colleague for input. But that’s where it stops — the final words always come from us.
Editorial Standards
We never publish AI-generated content without careful human editing. We:
- Fact-check every claim
- Rewrite to match brand tone
- Avoid stereotypes and bias
- Ensure originality and avoid plagiarism
If AI contributes to a piece of content, we’re transparent about it — citing tools and sources where appropriate.
Visual, Audio & Video Tools
Minor Edits Only
We may use AI in tools like Photoshop to resize or tidy up images — but we never change anyone’s appearance, identity, or context.
Smart Cleanup
We use AI to clean audio or remove distractions in videos, making content sharper and more engaging.
Subtitles
AI-generated subtitles help us save time and keep videos accessible. All final outputs are reviewed by a human.
What We Don’t Do
We never use deepfake technology or AI to replicate voices or faces.
Research & Sensitive Information
We only input public information into AI tools. That means:
- No unpublished articles
- No private client data
- No embargoed content
- No internal documents
We treat client privacy the same way we treat NDAs: with complete respect.
AI in Meetings & Training
Recording With Consent
We sometimes use tools like Otter or Zoom transcription features — but only with prior consent from everyone involved. We explain how recordings will be used and stored.
Protecting Our IP
Our training and webinars are based on original insights. We ask that attendees do not record or transcribe them without our permission.
Recruitment & Hiring
Original Applications Only
We love tools that help people write better — but if your job application was written entirely by ChatGPT, we’ll know. We value real voices and original thinking.
Human Interviews
Every interview at Monday Clicks is conducted by a real person. We don’t use AI to screen, interview, or record candidates — ever.
